Well, if someone is winning rounds by landing the better shots, that's what matters. Who cares if you're running, standing, skipping, jumping, etc. The sport is about landing better shots.

Floyd was clearly confused in that fight, someone in his team told him he was fighting Carlos Monzon rather than Carlos Baldomir, hence he ran for his life.

Floyd would box on the back foot and go for a safe twelve round decision if he was fighting a weight-drained Paulie Malignaggi who'd broke both his hands and just punctured his lung. Unless, of course, Malignaggi decided to drop his hands, hug him and apologise for something mid-fight. Then Floyd would turn into Mike Tyson and go for broke.
