Miguel Cotto-Ricardo Mayorga @ 147.
How would this fight go if they fought eachother on their best nights at Welterweight? Much different to their meeting at 154?
I think this fight at 147 sees a much heated, competitive fight with Mayorga being more quick, durable, furious & stronger at that weight than when they fought. Cotto being more durable, quick & strong at Welterweight too would make this close to a pick em. If Mayorga doesn't stop Miguel late like Margarito did, then Cotto squeaks out a decision. Cotto would control most of the fight but would be getting damaged along the way. I think Cotto hits hard enough to keep Mayorga off him for 12 rounds..just! |
