former women's world champion turned mixed martial artist Holly "too sexy" Holm (I made up that nickname) just signed with the UFC I'm excited to watch her and Ronda go it...I want to see them fight also. Holly is a beast in MMA I'm excited for the move to the UFC

I've been a fan of Carmouche since her fight with Coenen. She repeatedly mounted Coenen, who was unable to do anything until she caught Carmouche in a triangle in the fourth round. She hasn't lived up to expectations since then, however.

We'll see how it works out. If she came from a straight boxing background, I'd have little hope for her, as the traditional boxing stance just doesn't work in MMA.

But reading up a little bit on her, she's been trained by Mike Winkeljohn, so I think her stand-up will be fine. Her only problem is that most of the top women fighters in the UFC will be looking to take her down. Rousey for sure will be all over her with her fucking Judo.

I'd like to see her get a few bouts before getting in there with Rousey. Maybe a fight with Rosi Sexton or Amanda Nunes to start things off, so we can gauge where she's at with her takedown defense.
