Not sure if this fits, but I'd like to go through history and take all the top tier heavyweights who fight their careers consistently under 200lbs and drop em all in today's cruiserweight mix

Without speaking English? Sure, he's the greatest fighter of all time and everything, but how marketable would he be in today's boxing? I'm thinking he'd be a Gamboa (minus the Crawford loss) or a Roman Gonzales.

Canelo is Mexican though, Mexicans are big fight fans and there are a lot of them. In this era a Mexican has the best chance of selling ppvs. When he fought Floyd my friends told me he's making news on all of the Spanish channels vs Floyd maybe getting some coverage on espn. Duran would need to get on a Pac level of English
