Also I found out recently that after exercise & physical activity that it take the body 5-6 hours to cool down the the normal body temp. The body falls asleep/rest better at a lower body temp, therefore if your doing your boxing 6 hours before you go to sleep, that could be a factor for you!? So depending on how hot or cold your feeling when you do go to bed could be another factor? |
