As Lloyd has referred to in another thread, yes it's official, Joe will be fighting Ruiz on December 10th for the WBO title. Everything has been agreed on, just waiting for Ruiz to ink his side of the contract, gulp! I am close to the hallowed land that Joe will finally bring NZ a strap that rightfully David Tua should have achieved all those years ago.
