Tony Yoka's latest fight.

I remember watching him 'beat' Joe Joyce in the olympics and thinking he is a little weak and fleet footed.

However, the fight above shows him to be a different beast as a pro. He is now looking strong, assertive, skilled and with a touch of 'nastiness' to his work that was missing from his amateur showing. He actually looks a more complete pro than Joyce does.

He also bombed out a guy who is notoriously resilient and gave hard rounds to the likes of Wilder and Big Baby.


A nice addition to the heayweight division. We haven't had a decent French prospect at heavy for a while.

FWIW I know that Kevin brought in Yoko for sparring for the Joshua fight and they came away VERY impressed with his professionalism. They thought he had all the tools, but most importantly the mindset to go all the way.
