I think Ortiz beats Thurman. IMO Thurman has packed it in and is headed for maybe 1-2 last paydays. Porter is an interesting fight too. Stylistically though I'm not sure whether a pressure fighter like Porter fighting a guy with Ortiz' power is a good matchup for Porter.

By the end of this year though Ennis will be a 50/50 matchup with any welterweight including Crawford and Spence. People are gonna be shocked when he makes Lipinets look like an amateur.

Ortiz-Porter would largely come down to who is stronger as it would be an ugly but brutal fight. I'd love to see the fight to see what Ortiz is made of.

Ennis is an exciting prospect because he's so coordinated, fast, and flashy against 2nd rate opposition. It'll be interesting to see if he's as confident and carries that flashy style against top guys - especially guys like Ortiz if Ortiz gets to Ennis' body early.
