A little personal news...
Some of you know that several years back I wrote a novel called Guilty by Association. In the years that have passed and the book was out-of-print, as I have met so many new people and done so many new things, I've had two questions asked over and over. "Where can I get your book?" and "When are you going to write another one?" It's time to answer both questions.

Guilty by Association is back. New publisher, new cover art (designed by yours truly), and a revised, re-edited, and vastly improved SECOND EDITION, with more detail, new dialogue, and more. Quite honestly, it is a much better book the second time around, and one of which I am extremely proud. Whether you ever saw the first one or not, the second edition is a better read from cover to cover and I couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. I'm excited for everyone to see it, and for everyone to go back to the world of Spring Creek.

The trade paperback, which I have already received and checked out, is $14.99, and the Kindle eBook will also be available for $9.99. The paperback looks and feels a million times better than the original, and I think that is appropriate considering the improvements on the inside. If you own or remember the original, I think you'll agree. Having it available as an eBook is exciting, too. If you don't have a Kindle, you can still read on virtually any device with a Kindle app. No matter the medium that you choose, or if you purchase both, I hope that you enjoy it. It is available in every market, not just the United States, on Amazon. If it's not now, it will be very soon.

Secondly, I am presently working on my second book, which should be out sometime in late winter or early spring of 2017. I'm thinking February or March. That title and subject will be announced and discussed here shortly.

Finally, there is a plan in place to see three solo projects (counting the GbA second edition) released between now and the end of September 2017. In addition, I am currently working on a collaboration with a good friend of mine to do a graphic novel, an area of writing and art that I have never delved into before. That should also be ready to go in 2017, once some logistical issues are worked out.

I have created a Facebook page and a Twitter account just for book-related matters, so please feel free to like them, follow them, share them, and so on, because there are a lot of good things coming soon. Links to all of the above are included below. Send messages, ask questions, take pictures, write reviews, and tell your friends that are readers to buy it and enjoy it and encourage them to do the same. It is greatly appreciated. Before long, the next book will be ready to go!

It's going to be an exciting year!

Dude, that's great news. Even though I've never written a book, I sure as hell tried, and know how incredibly difficult it is, so congrats to you man.

But I'm also impressed that you're the "Fittest CEO in the world"? Or is that a different Brad Cooper?

Totally different Brad Cooper. Believe me. I'm falling apart.

Appreciate the props and support, Snoop. Writing one was great. Still so much more to do. Excited about the projects to come! One fiction, one non-fiction, one graphic novel. Big Grin

Nice one Rom. I'm 3/4 of the way through my own novel and I know how difficult it is. Kudos to you for getting it to print.

Point 1 - fucking brilliant, Rom. I'm gonna look it up in a sec and get it off of Amazon!

Point 2 - Ollie's a vegan? Do you know how we said we could meet up if you came to England to watch Joe Parker. Well, fuck that shit now. Eat a steak and then we can talk.

The book title is 'Beer and Losing in Notting Hill Gate' shamelessly lifted from Hunter S. Thompson's classic, Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas.

To sum it up it is a satirical black comedy, think London Fields crossed with Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels crossed with Withnail and I crossed with Paris Hilton's internet sex scandal. And yes, you picked it like a dirty nose, there is A LOT of alcohol and drug consumption. In fact two of the main characters are drug dealers and one of the other one's is a stripper, LOL.

And yes Black, I am a vegan. One of Joe's main sponsor's in NZ is Burger King and he is forever giving me free Burger King vouchers as he likes to do nice things for his friends. Of course I sheepishly accept them and tell him as I leave that I'm off to Burger King to get some Whoppers! LOL. In reality I just give them to my mates, LOL.
