I like the way that college does it. Each team gets the ball at their opponent's 25. After two periods, neither team can kick an extra point and must go for 2. Any team leading after each period wins the game.
The NFL doesn't have to be as convoluted as that, but there is something inherently unfair where one team's defense could've literally just got off the field and is now expected to make a stop for all of the marbles. "And you got your own steez about you that I appreciate bro. I see it." - Snoop |

I prefer the way college football does it too. It's more fair if both teams have a chance to score.
It is what it is though, and it was still a damn good game! |
