They've announced that Las Vegas will be hosting the big fight at the T-Mobile arena. So much for talks of bringing this fight to a big sporting stadium.
Ah wells..as long as they fight in a ring I guess.

GGG gets stopped in the 9th after hurting Canelo early because of his slow start.

20k people is bullshit compared to 100k plus at Jerrys world... they keep saying they STILL make more money from higher ticcet prices.. but with 80k plus of a difference, i just cant see how...

Especially with given the amount of free tix they give away in Vegas to celebrities and high rollers.

I mean Texas probably has alot more millionaires... plus a huge Mexican and Boxing fan contingencies in general.

Don't get me wrong, I do understand the after party nightlife scenario tho...

Vegas crowds all of a sudden come across soo small time, corporate, old & lame! But as long as a city driven by money gets more money off of a boxing fight though right lol. Vegas should build a fucking boxing stadium that holds over 60 thousand if they don't want to share the sport with the rest of the country and world!

This is actually a decent video from GBP, very different:

Different for sure. Covering previous eras helped build up the significance of this fight, but also kinda strayed from staying on topic. The narration was straight up annoying. 24/7 writers are much better.

All heart. That's what most little guys are.
But that counts for a lot. In the gym or
the ring all you gotta do is get up
one more time than the other guy thinks you can.

RE: Canelo-GGG offcially signed for September 16th
Was speaking about this fight to a mate before and started to get pumped for it again lol. He is picking GGG and feels he has purposely looked average in the Brook/Jacobs as bait and will get the W. I'm still unsure. GGG is NOT young and although he hasn't had many tough fights..he hasn't really been pushed ever either which could backfire. I feel the pro experience and competition heavily favours Canelo which could end up hurting GGG.

Roberto Duran had recently said the winner will be whoever can handle the others power better and I tend to agree. Also feel whoever can establish the jab first has a real shot.

GGG has shown he can look very human if you can back him up & Canelo has the hand speed, power & skill for that. Also believe GGG has peaked while the younger Canelo could still be improving.

I'm now slightly leaning towards Canelo as I post this haha

GGG was heavier than normal at his 30 day weigh in.
