That said, I don't believe that it is the same person.

Exhibit A: Tiny baby nipples, to giant pepperoni nipples. Trannies can get implants, but they can't grow those Chris Arreola's.

Exhibit B: Hips. Bitches have them, men don't. It's one of the easiest tells of the fake woman. How in the fuck did this little dude grow hips?

Obviously, everything else can be done with makeup and surgery, but I'm not buying the transformation as being legit.
