RE: Fighter of the Year
For me Kovalev should have never lost either fight..gave the #1 in the world his toughest fight and then reclaimed one of his titles in the 2nd round in his following fight.
Ward because he was awarded 2 fights against Kov..both were 1&2 best in their division and the world.
Srisaket cause he owned another fighter that many considered the best in the world..if not, right up there.
Joshua because he knocked out an ATG, in a great fight.

RE: Fighter of the Year
I think Srisaket’s two wins over Gonzalez top Wars’s two wins over Kovalev.

RE: Fighter of the Year
Srisaket lost the first fight in the eyes of the majority, but I guess a lot thought the same for Ward.

In the rematches, Srisaket was a lot more impressive, and Gonzalez was a lot more accomplished than Kov. At the same time though, Gonzalez was well past his best weight, so that kinda diminishes Srisaket's win. But I guess the same applies to Loma's win over Rigo.
