RE: TV shows/series

As for the survivors, they died when they died. Some people think everyone died during the crash, but as you said, it doesn’t make sense. The story is pretty straightforward, all things considered. I remember first watching the show, and talking with other friends, family, and fans about what they thought this and that meant. Waiting a whole season to find out what was in the Hatch was excruciating. Binge-watching the show has some advantages, but new viewers will never get that true Lost experience. For example, during season 3, there were commercials from the Widmore Company and Hanso Foundation during Lost’s commercial breaks on ABC. The commercials gave phone numbers to call, and if you called them, you’d get a recording asking for a password. And if you put in the Lost numbers (4/8/15/16/23/42) it’d play a secret recording about the Hanso Foundation or something like that. Good times. By the way, I found the Hatch to be a bit disappointing. Wondering what was inside of it was infinitely more satisfying than finding out. Ditto with the Smoke Monster. Two of the most hilarious scenes in the whole show is when they were crashing that second plane to get back on the island, and Hurley goes “What’s gonna happen to everyone else on board?”, and Ben looks back with that typical Ben shitface, and says in that typical Ben deadpan, “”Who cares?” The other is when Locke asked, “Why did you kill me?” and Ben, in a very Benny way, snarked “Because I just didn’t have time to talk you into killing yourself again.” Warriors Don't Show Their Heart Until The Axe Reveals It. |
