Revisiting Robberies
All the GGG-Canelo controversy has got me thinking about scoring criteria, old fights and perceived robberies.

And so, with the benefit of hindsight, I wondered How you guys scored these perceived 'robberies' (some genuine, some just close fights that went the unpopular way) at the time, retrospectively or recently. I'm just interested.

Leonard-Hagler

Ali-Norton III

De La Hoya-Trinidad

Lewis-Holyfield

Hopkins-Taylor I

RE: Revisiting Robberies
The Leonard-Hagler fight is one that intrigues me, since just about every casual fan claims it was a robbery, a set up, evidence of corruption because Hagler got stiffed by the judges.

I had it 7-5 Leonard, too.

When I think Robbery, I think Pac - Bradley I. I think Holmes - Spinks. Holyfield - Lewis I. Whitaker - Ramirez is an easy one too.

RE: Revisiting Robberies
Yeah. That’s a good one.

If I remember correctly, was the cover SI “Robbed”...?

RE: Revisiting Robberies
Good call Dickagon.

It was universally accepted as reality that GGG won that round, except for...well...some really strange folks.
