Presumably paves the way for the AJ fight then.

Wilder is likely to pass on DAZN offer of $20 mill for Breazeale and $40 mill a piece for two Joshua fights.

Good luck!

Yeaa that sux.. why do networks always wanna do multiple fight options.. I mean, I KNOW why but it sux. TR did the same with the Fury offer.

Essentially Wilder makes the same amount and would theoretically have to take the same terms whether he losses or becomes Undisputed? That's dumb AF.. and the exact reason Whyte gave for turning down the fight. Smh

He should have taken it.

$20 mill against Breazeale is a gift. $40 mill against Joshua is a great offer. I understand your point on the rematch, but his guarantee for Fury was $4 mill...these are enormous pay raises. He’s going to make far less than $40 mill for a Fury rematch.

How the hell is he worth $100 million? It makes no sense.

He’s not.

DAZN is throwing silly money around building a brand.

They have a terrific roster right now. They want to lock down heavy, but Wilder wants to stay on Showtime and Fox fighting Breazeale and Glowacki.

RE: DAZN offers Wilder ~$100 mill for 3 fights
He made about 15mill vs Fury.. 4 is the minimum guarantee... but I agree that 20 is too much for Breazelle. 40 for AJ is ok for me.. theoretically if it's a $100mill(which Team Wilder seems to think it is, hence the $50mill offer) then it's a 60/40 split, which I'm ok with.

Remember when Floyd tried to get Manny with the $40mill flat fee? This is essentially what they are trying to avoid. Sure 40 was like 3x Pac's biggest payday(or guarantee) but TR was banking on this fight doing FAR bigger numbers for FAR more money, and they were right.

I think Team Wilder is thinking the same. Fact is BOTH guys need each other to double or triple their biggest paydays.
