Excuse me? At what point was Jeff Lacy EVER regarded as the best fighter in the world pound-for-pound. He was overhyped, sure. He was a champion and picked to win that fight but the best in the world? That's not even rewriting history. That's a delusion and anyone who believes it, now or then, should seek immediate psychiatric care.

Must have been that win over the Sandman Pemberton that raised him to #1 P4P status. The Pemberton that had his soul taken by Charles Brewer on ESPN Friday Night Fights a few years earlier.
