I agree. I don't think Hatton could have done any better in any of his fights than he actually did, the Pac fight notwithstanding.


In every other fight he gave his all and could not really have done much better. His best two performances were, obviously, Tszyu and, not so obviously, vs Mayweather. He really gave his absolute all in those two fights.


His prime could have been extended by looking after himself a bit more...but a guy like Hatton was always going to have an explosive, short prime, anyway.

I enjoyed the ride.
