He burst into a restaurant that curiously had no other diners in it but Wlad who for reasons unknown is sitting there eating alone. There also 'happens' to be camera man filming there. Out of all the 'set-ups' they have filmed so far this was the biggest give away.

I thought there were others in the restaurant, but watched it pretty late. Agreed that most of this is staged though in an attempt to draw some buzz from the fight. It's bad when they need fightnews to run a story saying that it isn't staged, but that Wlad is starting to get annoyed with Briggs' tactics.
