I highly doubt that. Just look at the number of actors that have OD'd alone. That isn't even including the ones that have serious issues that you don't hear about. I don't know 5000 actors/athletes, yet I can name well and truly more than 5 who have/had serious problems.

The people who shoot for stardom usually have very driven type of personalities. Either visions of grandeur (usually for actors), OCD type of personalities which cause them to need to escape, or they need stimulants to replicate the highs they get from their work. They are usually people who are chasing the rollercoaster in life.

Unfortunately, I think Taylor is beyond that. He has some serious brain issues, like somebody acting very differently after a stroke, specifically damage to the frontal lobe.
