I don't think Taylor's chin was bad at all. All of the times he got stopped were in the second half of fights and against guys that were better than average to strong punchers. Had Hopkins has a bit more mustard in his punches he probably would have been the first to stop Taylor late in the fight.

I do think that Hopkins in those losses did take something out of Taylor though. Maybe not so much physically, but perhaps mentally. Taylor to me didn't look as good post-Hopkins as he did pre-Hopkins. Not a huge difference, but subtle regardless. I do think that this slight difference did make it a little easier for Pavlik to get to Taylor and get him out of there when they fought.
