RE: Things not thread worthy
Yeah, Inoue is brilliant, he has all the tools. He can counter, he can lead, he has incredible accuracy for someone with so much power. He is probably the sharpest guy I've seen in the modern era behind Mayweather, but his power is on a completely different level. He has incredible body attack, changes levels well, has a stiff jab. It is going to take someone special to beat him and Donaire at this age isn't that guy I don't think. A prime bantam Donaire vs Inoue would have been one for the ages.
On another note, while talking about incredible talents, Robeisy Ramirez just signed with Top Rank (2 time Olympic gold medalist). This is the best amateur in the world and the best Cuban talent since Rigondeaux. He defected in Mexico last year. He is going to tear up most pros and could be one of the greats. No doubt we get a rematch between him and Shakur Stevenson down the line - he is the guy that won the gold over Shakur in Rio. He also has a win over Michael Conlan. |
