Sad news in the Martial Arts and Pop Culture world as OG Green Ranger Jason David Frank hanged himself on Sunday..
This is especially painful for me as Jason was from Texas and someone who i saw as a friend. Very few people are involved in both the fighting and comic community. I ran into him at alot of Comic Conventions and fight events and he always remembered me. He'd call me his "boxing friend" and even would give me free autos and signatures to support my Comic & Collectibles business. We had a ton of mutual friends and I even knew his kids... man its super heart breaking, idk now to feel. Meeting & getting to know him was exactly everything a kid could dream of but he's gone now. |
