Need some help from you tech savvy cats

I did a hard delete on some files I didn't need, but accidentally included a power-point I'd spent several days on and still need. Any of you guys know how I can recover that shit?

You can try doin a "system restore"... Select the date and it might work... Depending how "hard" the delete was. Lol.
