Can't say too much, as I don't know what he is like all the time. But it just looked like there is a group of office guys that go into the gym to learn and get fit. None of them looked like they were actually serious about fighting or anything, just basically fitness. But he was mocking guys that looked like they are just there for fitness, which is unnecessary for what it looked like they were there for.
He was funny to watch in a video to others, but I don't think I would find him funny if I was actually at the gym. You'd have thought he was training guys that were training to fight.
