Even as a kid, I knew Hogan wasn't the 'best' wrestler or the most entertaining. But he was still my favourite.

Wresting is funny like that, so many ways you can judge a wrestler. There have been many guys who have been good wrestlers but sucked because they had no charisma or just couldn't sell and then you had guys who were average wrestlers, but were great because they made up for it with their charisma and personality and just had a larger than life type of personality and were able to get the crowd and fans involved by either loving a certain guy or just despising them. It generally means they were doing their job right, even if they weren't the great in ring technicians.
Hogan and Undertaker are some of the guys that were never the greatest wrestlers, but were some of the top guys and made up for it in other ways.
