I don't box to fight or anything, I have just always just done the training aspect of it which I enjoy. Been doing less of it the last year or so, and more weight training. But I do try do some bag work and skipping for my cardio about once a week or so.

I'll see if I can post the latest video of training later. It's probably from about 8 months ago or something.

Man Ive only had 8 with 1 loss Ill post footage of me training for my next fight, sparring, heavybag, hanging ball sessions and the fight itself.
