Its a flawed concept anyway. There are plenty of people in the world who have no interest in the western idea of government. Fair enough in my view. Thats there perogative. Each country is having a hard enough time running its own shit and getting things done at this point in time

I think that it's hilarious. Part of it is people just trolling Obama's whole online petition deal...they've done it with other funny topics too like, a petition for states to succeed from the federal government, a petition to build the death star, and a petition to stop all other petitions.
