Hamed-Lomachenko: Who wins?

Hamed was awkward, athletic, fast and a huge puncher.

That said, his balance was terrible, he was easy to counter and if you could settle it down he would have issues.

I think Loma frustrates the hell out of him en route to a clear decision.
