Despite the name, iv never actually considered the scotch egg a scottish thing. No one from Scotland ever uses the word scotch. They are really good tho. Like anything else, the absolute best one youl get is a homemade one. Some of them are cheap and nasty.
If you want to try a true Scottish delicacy, aside from all the top notch produce we have that gets c9nveniently swept aside by heathen cunts like ollie in favour of the deep fried mars bar, then you need to get yourself some irn-bru. And haggis. Both of these are the dogs bollocks. Also, tunnocks biscuits. Mainly the caramel log. |
