Worst World Title Fight (or main event) in history
A few stuck out for me after the apparently dreary Robert Easter vs Rances Barthelemy 'fight' at the weekend.
Do any British fans remember Robin Reid vs Sugarboy Malinga? I remember that being an utter farce in which Reid did next to nothing and Malinga was happy to win round after round by landing just a handful of punches. Calzaghe vs Jiminez at Cardiff Castle was another terrible one. In terms of quality, Herbie Hide vs Damon Reed was one of the lowest quality title fights I've seen. On an international level, Mosley-Forrest 2 was pretty bad. As was Bradley-Alexander in a much hyped unification. Black |

Anything involving Cory Spinks. The worst one I've seen easily was Joseph Parker versus Razvan Cojanu, that was terrible!

Mayweather McGregor, in terms of hype v reality is clear winner.
But the blame for that lies with the millions of people who made it clear they would be easily separated from their money and go along with it. |

In terms of quality it was low, but there have been far less exciting fights. It was actually quite entertaining in comparison to some of the borefests I've seen.
John Ruiz vs Hasim Rahman...that was a snoreathon! Black |
