I hadn't realized the Charlos were 33. On some level, I like the idea that if Jermall can't make it, that the Clanelo payday will stay in the family.
Jermell moving up 2 weight classes is almost funny and it will certainly be his last fight. I won't pay for any Clanelo fights until he fights Benavidez. |

They need to keep Morrell away from Benavidez if the goal is Canelo - Benavidez.
Jermell is a tougher fight than Jermall…but Canelo breaks him down. |

I hadn't seen that Benavidez had agreed to fight Morrell. That's a ballsy fight for Benavidez to take if Morrell is half as good as he's supposed to be.
I can't remember a fight between two such highly rated young guys when neither guy had made any real money yet - especially since both guys could probably coast into a Clanelo fight. It actually seems like a pretty stupid fight for either guy to take. Off the top of my head, Benavidez-Morrell feels like the kind of fight worth flying to Vegas for! |

Oh it’s not done…but it’s an option. I’m just saying that Morrell is a problem for all these guys.
Sounds like the goal is to make Munguia or Berlanga against Benavidez…Oscar and Eddie are just a bit reluctant to feed their guy to Benavidez. |

Oh and also on the undercard I saw one of the biggest robberies I've witnessed in a few years. Erickson Lubin got the win over Jesus Ramos and it was disgusting.
