Yeah but Macgregor has that power. And Floyd is 40 and tiny compared to him. Macgregor is young and in his prime and has timing that Floyd isn't used to. Floyd can't punch anyway, he hasn't knocked out anyone since 2012.

I'll tell you what they won't have odds on and that will be Floyd and Connor hugging like fuckbuddies at the end of the fight, both grinning in the knowledge that they just carried off one of the biggest legal heists in history, ala Floyd/Manny.

Refs have stopped enforcing that and just taken the "touch 'em if you want to" approach.
It makes the PPV viewer have less buyers remorse.

In the same way Jesus died for all of our future sins, Floyd and Pac did enough touching gloves in one fight to cover all future touching of gloves ever needed. Refs no longer need to enforce it as all future fighters are absolved from it courtesy of MayPac.
