I think it's a bit premature to really rate Cotto's power at 160. He got Martinez in the first with a shot that Martinez himself said he never really recovered from. That can happen with anyone with good power that early in a fight. The rest of Cotto's work was a continuation and cumulative to that first round damaging shot.
Not saying Cotto doesn't have very good power, I think he does... but not worthy of P4P heaviest hitter status at 160 in terms of this thread. |

Even at 154 I wouldn't say Cotto had big power. Just above average. |
