Just starting it off by saying that many consider the greatest amateur boxer of all time comes from the Ukrainian which is Lomachenko & the greatest professional boxer of all time came from the USA which is Sugar Ray Robinson...or Muhammad Ali!

If you were to go through all boxing countries, who would be the best, most accomplished amateur & pro boxers to come out of them?

I had always been aware that Mark Breland was an incredible amateur boxer but was surprised to hear recently that he has been considered the grearest U.S amateur in history which is quite a claim!! Anyone agree or see any argument to this?
