RE: GGG unifies, Canelo next?
Firepower, head movement, feet... Canelo, much as I dislike him for his prima Donna antics, is a student of the game and is constantly working to improve, showing fresh game every time he goes out.
Picking a 3rd fight woth GGG will cement the first thing, but hel hopefully have to show some of the second thing first to get past Bivol. |

There you have it.... We get a 40 year old GGG v Canelo at 168 instead of the Bivol rematch |

GGG better not wait 4 rounds to get fired up like he did last fight. G is still a tank and very capable.

RE: GGG unifies, Canelo next?
Totally get this, and GGG probably as deserving of the payday as anyone else, having already gone life and death x 2 and given Canelo all he could handle, I just dont want to see a 40 year old version of him who looked like his legs were almost gone against Murata getting bodied by Canelo at 168 to make the trilogy look like Canelo bossed it.
Meh, this is boxing, I am sure a warrior like GGG will go there to win which cant be said of a lot of opponents of Canelo, but he's over the hill, by his own magnificent standards |

GGG gonna get washed. He's old, heavy, has been WORSE in starting quickly... Canelo, roided up, moving down to a more natural weight for him and is gonna have the judges on his side, smh..

Canelo will win, but GGG is a pro. He’s older, on the downside, but nowhere near shot.
It’ll be a better fight than people expect. |

I'm glad GGG is getting the chance to close this out. I hope he gets the upset.
All heart. That's what most little guys are. But that counts for a lot. In the gym or the ring all you gotta do is get up one more time than the other guy thinks you can. - Gabrielle Calvocoressi http://www.wanderingpugilist.com |

My only hope is that the Bivol loss did something psychologically to him, but that's also a long shot.
