How about continuing your education, learning a trade, enlisting in the military, working your way up in a company and actually trying to make something with your life?

There are a million ways to NOT be on welfare...hell, more than a million people figure it out and join the workforce every year. The only thing missing for these people is the incentive. Take away the "free ride", and you immediately create the incentive.

America's full of stupid people. Education and even trade school aren't options for everybody. The military's an awful option. You get PTSD and trauma all so you can help the 0.1% get richer. And have you ever tried to work your way up from a $7.50 job? There just aren't opportunities very often.

Face it, if you don't support a living wage, you're supporting welfare abuse.

Well, there are a lot of incompetent people out there. You can't bitch about stupid people being on welfare if you're supporting a $7.50 minimum wage. An $11 minimum wage would give tens of millions of Americans more spending money. The only people who support a low minimum wage are rich corporations and misguided idealists.
