I don't like fights that are put together quickly...always makes me think somebody knows something behind the scenes.....I know there was talk of the re-match since they first fought....but Wilder fought in November and Fury fought in Sept. To me....when looking at time frames a Summer match makes more sense when considering their recent outings.....so it makes me wonder what the rush is all about. I mean I saw the headline Fury/Wilder rematch, and I thought ok we are looking at May/June....I almost shit when I saw it's only a month away....kind of strange to me. I for sure cannot pick due to this huge ?

The Feb 22 date was chosen in the Summer when they both agreed to fight after they each had one more fight.

OK....so that makes me feel a little more at ease. If that's the case Tyson should have reconsidered, he did not look all that impressive on that outing. BUT....he also seems to be the type of guy that either rises up or plays down to his competition.

It's an interesting time...

Wilder, Fury and Joshua are all severely flawed and extremely beatable. But at the same time, they are all very likeable, super charismatic and make for some interesting fights.

While this is far from a great era for heavyweight boxing, it is an era worth watching.
